Downloaded and attempted to use. When trying to put my info in to create an account it would not let me select a date for passport expiry. I would select 'ok' and nothing would fill the box. This is as far as i could get. Good luck to anyone else attempting in 2026.

The app is easy to navigate once you complete all the information needed. I just don't know how to choose a seat on mobile. Booking time 6:30am to 22:00. It sold out very quickly. My first option was sold out in just 7mins. I was able to complete the booking at 6:44am This was a very time saving for the travellers. It was 334,000kip for 2 in a Second Class whilst on a mini van 1 person is 350,000kip for a 6hrs trip. VV to LP. It was 50 mins travel.

There is a major mistake in the english translation of your app. Under the passenger where is says "first name" it should say "given names". This app should be removed from the play store until this mistake is fixed. Tickets purchased when the passenger enters only their first name are not valid.
