When I decided to buy my next car, a friend suggested trying Cars24. I wasn't expecting much at first, but the app turned out to be surprisingly easy to use. Instead of rushing into a purchase, the app helped me understand what suited my requirements. It has definitely made my car search much more convenient.~

The process of finding a good vehicle can be time-consuming, but Cars24 makes it much easier. The app provides a smooth way to explore cars and compare different options. I liked the overall structure because it does not feel complicated. Before deciding what to buy, I was able to review multiple vehicles comfortably. The experience was simple, convenient, and well organised.~

Worst communication and customer support. Once you purchase a post-ad package, they leave you high and dry. There is virtually no assistance afterward. It's almost impossible to reach a real person over the phone, and the WhatsApp bot provides irrelevant and unhelpful responses. Overall, a horrible experience. I would not recommend their service.
