There is no way to reach out customer care. 1. Bot gives a standard useless reply. 2. email answers are ridiculous probably the worst email responses ever from a team 3. No place to speak to someone. sometimes someone calls from cars24 calls adhoc. still working waiting for my inspection report. used to be good service earlier at branches. car expert was professional but the app especially no place to talk to someone is worrisome as it's a complicated product. will try Spinny soon.

"Misleading and Treacherous. I opted for the so - calles free car inspection at CARS24, only to be asked for ₹353 to download the inspection report after they took photos of my car and documents. Nowhere was this charge mentioned before! This is highly misleading, and they should be upfront about all costs. I have also requested them to delete my personal data from their system. Be cautious before sharing your documents with them!"

The initial estimate given and the price offered is unfair. The App is tilted towards only making profit for themselves. Not only is the price offered low, on top of that, there is a service charge and one has to buy insurance against accidents or challans until the car is transferred to the new buyer. Now that's making a profit on the car price, service charge is 100% profit and insurance is another avenue of revenue. Wonder how the App has such a high rating.
