I recently used the PDI feature before finalizing my car purchase and it turned out to be very helpful. The report gave me a much better understanding of the vehicle's condition and highlighted details that I would have otherwise missed. As someone who is not very knowledgeable about cars, having access to a detailed PDI report made the entire process much more comfortable and transparent..

Very disappointing experience. Before the car inspection, their team kept calling repeatedly and following up aggressively. But once the inspection was completed and it was time to actually sell the car, suddenly nobody responds. Calls are not picked up, and there are no proper updates from their side. It honestly feels like they are more interested in collecting money from the car inspection process rather than genuinely helping customers sell their cars. Poor customer support and highly

Pricing shown upfront is quite misleading. The advertised price and the final price differ significantly because additional charges of around ₹50,000 are added for services such as vehicle servicing, RC transfer, warranty, etc. Spinny is way better in this. While I understand that some additional costs may be necessary, the charges seem excessively high and are not clearly reflected in the initial price displayed. It would be much better if the platform were more transparent in final price.
