So they app is telling me to update, but the app store has no option to update. The new features seem to have taken the place of old features. Like the list of services that you get based on your service plan is gone, and you have to download it and get a video that half tells you now, why not a list. I've also noticed my dealership is no longer on the list of places that I can go for repair.🤔

The previous version of the carshield app was much better and much more simple. When I log into the app it's very buggy and many things do not display properly. Also it continues to ask about creating an account when I already have the account created with the password. There are too many advertisements on the entire page. I'm beginning to feel like I should just change companies to a different company that offers the same services.

There basically a savings account. They only cover the amount you've put into monthly payments. I had them for 3 months of payments at $99 a month and had a repair at $963 and they covered $300 of the repair. And I had to come out of pocket $663. I would have respected them if they covered more of the bill and would have kept them for years to come and referred to everyone I know. After I stopped paying immediately flooded with phone calls and emails, only to try and sell me "a better package".
