The app works like 60%, my concern is that it delays by 5min. When the car reaches a certain destination the app will show a car far behind. Meaning , if the car is stolen it will show where the car have passed by not exactly where the car is. There's no guarantee of car being found, because that 5 minutes will give thieves time to remove the device. Maybe this is only happening with my app, but I always update the app to try some luck. The other services services are top notch.

My tracker app has been giving me problems time and again. It numerously shows me being at my house address even though my vehicle has moved to another destination, no changes takes place on the app. I have tried liaisoning this to the consultants on duty who seem to tell me from their system, they don't see anything faulty of which I find this not being accurate and truthful even after rebooting nothing takes place.

Is it possible to add more security features to access the app. Face regonition and fingerprint lock as in a scenario of phone clone. It is vulnerable for data to be accessed by a third party. It would be peace of mind to have such features added to the app for access control. And not add password verification. To recover the user contacts support.
