I'm very disappointed. There are times when I can't track my car and have to call vartrack for help, which takes ages before they figure out what's wrong. At some point, they blame network when it's not network. After that, I have to drive 5kms so that they can reboot and test it. It is definitely not peace of mind. My car could be stolen, and I wouldn't even be aware. Bad App overall.

Can't recommend to anyone. The app doesn't update immediately. At times I can't activate car watch because it says vehicle ignition on even though it's off. Another problem it shows vehicle as moving yet the vehicle is parked. The fuel monitor feature lies a lot. It has never been correct ever since I had the devices installed in my vehicles. It's over a year now. In fact having a fuel monitor feature is a waste of hard earned money

Most of the time the App is working, but sometiimes doesn't update immediately the car is already parked but it still shows it is on the road somewhere. Also had the same problem with regards to carwatch cannot activate message appears ,the key is still in the ignition carwatch cannot activate,switch off the car to activate ,however the car is already switched off and I am standing outside the car that is already locked. I am sure these are only temporary issues that you guys are working on.
