Extremely disappointed with their return policy. It has been four days since I submitted my return request, and it is still pending approval. I have reached out via chat and phone support three times, but I haven't received any response or update from their team. Very poor customer service! Again, I received their delivery service quickly with Cartup Picks, but it was delayed by 4-5 days with other sellers.

The return system of daraz is far far better then cartup. They(cartup) clearly mentioned in their Return proceas: "If it has less than 7 days since product was received, you can get a refund directly from cartup without contacting the manufacrure." I was claim return of a faulty product between 4 days, but they reject my return request. they told me to contact to the seller.

The product looks okay but the app experience was disappointing. After placing the order, there was no clear cancel option available. It only showed “confirm order” and I couldn’t modify or cancel my purchase easily. The app should provide a simple cancellation button before shipment to avoid customer frustration.
