The process of purchasing a car from Carvana is the easiest I ever encountered. The app did include cars in the list of options that were not within the price I included in the filter, but was still able to find one in the range I was looking for. First time driving the car made a lot of noise due to the rotors being a bit rusted from sitting awhile I assume. Nothing a bit more driving couldn't take care of. Had this car about a month now and haven't had any other problems and the noise is gone.

The app looks good, but not doing much to help company's service. The website does everything it does only much better. Order status shown in the app is not up to date and there is no way to contact support within the app. Features missing: 1. integrate support chat feature as on the Carvana website. 2. Able to view uploaded docs. 3. Able to view status details when tapping on the specific tasks.

At first I loved the entire concept the pricing seemed very Fair, the trade-in value they offered was very good. But while searching it is continually telling me that I started to buy a car and I did not. I am merely swiping up on the page to read the next portion. I guess it's could be becausr I'm doing it on my phone, but still it's annoying.
