I never review apps, but I have to say how immensely helpful this has been for me. I have Crohn's, and being able to track my output (with photos) has been so valuable for my care team. I told every doctor and surgeon about it during my last hospital stay, they were all impressed. I'm on a very strict diet and need a lot of water intake, so I use a lot of the custom habit trackers every day. THANK YOU for creating this amazing app, it helps so much on my health journey!

It's easy to use. There are places you can make notes if you want to. Best part: it's free and no ads. You can customize it: if you don't want it a flushing sound to remind you to record your BMs, you can turn that off. Also instead of a poop emoji for your widget, you can have it happy diary widget.

This is a great app. I've been using this app for probably almost a year now. No excessive apps, tons of customization for registering important bodily functions (especially for those of us who need to monitor these things for health purposes). It allows you to monitor urination, bowel movement, menstruation, food/exercise/hydration, and all the different aspects of that (amount, color, where and when it happened, etc.). Great app. I hope it stays this way!
