I live in Korea and was recommended this app. The international version synced with my Samsung Galaxy watch 4 wonderfully, but when I switched to the Korean version, I lost that ability. I can't always carry my phone, so my watch is what I rely on for step counts. I don't like how the Korean app requires you to purchase a special watch to record your steps when the international version allows other devices to sync. I don't understand why there can't be connectivity with other watches. ㅠㅠ

Been using it for years and like the gifts I get for walking. But times the app would hang and restart, and lose my recorded steps. Recently I was trying to claim a coupon, but failed to do so. Apparently the written Expiry date was different (later) than the actual date. And so, I lost a few thousands of coins because of a wrong date that was written on the cashwalk app. I tried to call Cashwalk to work it out but failed. My email to customer service is not responded after more than a week.

I'm an international fan of kpop especially EXO. I really like using this application, because in addition to monitoring our health, we can also play a lot of games, and the coins I get every day I use to vote for my favorite Idols on fanplus. I would like to make a suggestion, it would be great if there was a certificate feature available after we used our coins for voting. Overall, this application is so great
