Received an email coupon that's only valid in the app. Despite being tired of having to download another stupid app when there's a functional web browser on my phone, I decided to give it a try. We like supporting local businesses, but this app is NOT functional. Finally got to the "finalize order" section, and it asked for my name and info (weird, since you forced me to sign in at the beginning, but w/e), and wouldn't get farther than the add promo button. Going to Pizza Bandit instead. Sad.

They sent out coupons via email to use the app but it glitches out at payment and the whole app closes (as of 3/8/23). Then of course when i try the website it has given me issues consistently in the past and refuses to accept payment that is correctly given. Their call center has various wait times as well. If the website and now, the app would just work id order more often. Havent ordered since 8/22 bc of ordering issues though

App does not work Got an email with discount for using the app. Installed app. Signed in. Added item to cart. Had to re-enter name, email and phone despite just having done so when I signed in, and got message saying error adding details. Would have ordered a pizza tonight but your app convinced me I didn't really need a Cassano's pizza Good work!
