Disappointed. I was paying for several for the service, thinking that everytime, you receive a call it was recorded both ways ,but only recently I learnt ( didn't really need for the calls to be checked until now ) , that if incoming calls is from government or let's say water company , those calls had only my voice recorded. I wasted quite a bit of money to have no proof, which I was after initially, when dealing with councils, for example. So don't bother if your case is the same.

I have been paying for premium services and it does not expire until February of 2027 but I can't access any of the premium services only the option to pay more comes up and I've already had issues with double charges coming from this app. The app itself is great, I wish there weren't so many issues with their billing but if you're going to get a subscription I would definitely use a virtual card or an account that has exactly what you are paying monthly and nothing more.

Upon first opening the app, it tries to get you to pay $10 for a discounted year of service, but only if you buy within 5 minutes. This feels like a scam, because the next screen tells you that the app won't work without installing more apps. The app doesn't work as advertised without more apps as a workaround. I've yet to test the other workaround apps, because it already feels like this recommended app has been bought out by a company that favors fast Cash over providing a legitimate service.
