Ratings and reviews

Overall, when it records the calls, it's really a great tool to have. The 'helper' app for android seems clunky and the payment setup is less than desireable. I don't have an issue paying a subscription fee but, why force me into weekly payments with no other options? The reason I give a one star is because I made a 911 call and it was not recorded... such an important call from my phone, MUST be recorded.

I downloaded the app, then the helper app, followed directions. made a call, then received a call. App shows a call with auto record turned on but no sound. I really do not want to auto record, I wish to record only calls received with important info so it is not forgotten. Worked over an hour on this after downloading both apps. Totally disgusted by an app with mostly one star ratings that wasted my time.

Disappointed. I was paying for several for the service, thinking that everytime, you receive a call it was recorded both ways ,but only recently I learnt ( didn't really need for the calls to be checked until now ) , that if incoming calls is from government or let's say water company , those calls had only my voice recorded. I wasted quite a bit of money to have no proof, which I was after initially, when dealing with councils, for example. So don't bother if your case is the same.
