Unable to login using mobile app My username and password are correct, but the mobile site says my password is incorrect. I reset the password twice, received both emails with temporary password, but the login page still says the password is incorrect. The mobile app is useless if the member can't login.
Used to be super helpful keeping track of my prescriptions. Since late February I kept getting a message to use this app until it updated in March. Well, I'm not sure what they did on their side, I didn't have an update. Changed passwords a few times. Not letting me log in. People if it's not broken, why TRY to fix it? Very frustrated!
Cannot Log In Known valid login, that used to work, still works on website, will no longer work in app. Pathetic!
I have had this app for awhile and continue to try to log in but it still won't allow me to, username and password is correct. So I guess unless they fix this I'll have to say it sucks!
