CEC Mobile is a mobile app for users of Caterease Connect catering and event planning software. Through the app, an unlimited number of users can access their live Caterease data using a variety of tools:
Three separate dashboards allow the user to review event revenue, number of events or accounts receivable for various date ranges, optionally grouped by a variety of options. Dashboards can be viewed in a bar graph or pie chart display, and users can drill down to see specific details about individual parties - including menu items ordered and scheduled staff.
A graphic calendar display allows users to see which dates have events, and drill down into each event for more information - including venue details, specific menu items and scheduled staff.
A live, detailed client list allows users to search for any client or contact person in their database, and even tap to contact those customers via phone or email. Users can edit customer details from right within the app, and even add new clients or contact people - with all changes reflected instantly in their Caterease program.
For customers using the Caterease Web Inquiry tool, inquiries submitted from their custom web forms can be reviewed within the app and even processed as new leads.
User lists for the mobile app can be managed within the Caterease Connect program. Caterease users with multiple locations can switch from one location to another seamlessly within the app to review details across their entire enterprise.
