Snap receipt at times will reload the app on submit. When filling in the receipt details, it default to The Cathay and cannot change to Cineleisure. This app usage is frustrating. It does not allow you to check in history if it's submitted or not. You got to keep receipts forever till you see it's in the app. Wait, they will reject after 24 h if it fail to submit without you knowing.

Don't believe their ad about redeeming $10 voucher with $50 spending. I submitted a very clear photo of my receipt taken using a Samsung S10+, only for them to reject it on the basis of it being unclear. And when I tried submitting another photo, they rejected it saying it's more than 24 hours since purchase 🙄🙄

Vouchers not in sequence of expiry dates. Its still lag for android phone. After scanning receipt, points are not available, don't know how to redeem points for vouchers. Cathay has use the wrong developer for this app. Capitalmall and vivo has done a good job.
