The new apps is keep crashing You guys need to fix this app. All the functions are randomly shutting down, and stopped. It stops working sometimes in the middle of the transactions, then the credit is already taken from the account... The money what I save on using your app, I'm spending it on calling your customer service...and the website won't allow you to do the balance management... if there's pending transaction, or some currency is in minus, it's weird! Then JPY always a serious issue!!! Pls fix it!
Awesome for a pre-pay card. Way outperforms other pre pay apps (if they even have one). Have been using on various phones for about 2y with zero issues. I think there is a T+2 delay on some cash flow reporting but not a big issue.
Not functional 1) The balance can take days to update for transactions so available balance figure is meaningless. 2) loading the card via app ALWAYS fails. Have to use the website. 3). When transactions do finally show up they have the wrong date on them, showing as a day before they occurred! This isn't a timezone thing either. Come on Caxton this app would be great if it worked properly!
Doesn't work at all! Only way I can top-up card while abroad is through website. Oh for the days when you could simply text top-up instructions! Why on earth was this stopped? STOP PRESS Just received email saying "we have been listening to your feedback and are pleased to announced our new Android app is now available". Anyone tried it?
Works perfectly I genuinely have no idea how some people are having so much trouble with this app. I received my caxton card today and I activated it online with no problems. I them downloaded the app, logged in and set a pin again with no problems. I then tried some of the app functions like topping up my card, which it done instantly and then I changed the currency of my money, which it done instantly. No idea what some people are doing wrong but it works for me.
Works fine so far... Still Great Seems to work fine at home. Slick interface. Will update once abroad. Hopefully fixed after terrible reviews. Update: Logged into new app downloaded and topped up in South Africa (local sim card). No problems. 45 seconds start to finish. Great app. Samsung Galaxy S4 & S3.
