It's a really nice app with only one big mistake. It doesn't show how much calories you burned. I synced it to Google Fit but there is no way that I burn only 130 calories for a 30 minutes 'Hard level' workout. I think Google Fit tries to guess from the duration and my weight, but it isn't correct. Can you add this feature? I think this small change can make this good app GREAT.

Edit. I was thinking about different app before. This is mainly abs development workout not fat burning workout and there's no way to provide even estimated calories burned value.

I'm 71 and just finished the 42 sessions and I'm totally satisfied with the results. I have significantly stronger abs and my posture is now upright without the slightest back pain which may be the best result. I should have done this years ago. Seemed to easy at the start but increasing repetitions really made for a complete workout. I added pushups in between the abs series ultimately doing 50 each set. Go for it, you will be rewarded
