Far too repetitive for me. 6 very dull and similar movements over and over. I also had to take days off, didnt feel safe to do it every day. Having said all that if you only want abs that look good (rather than strong abs) i think this will do perfectly

Just on the second day I started to feel the ab muscles getting intense and after 4 weeks I could see some now. Its a lil hard to follow but Love this app.

Effective It nice, I enjoy it but I will like to see more of the exercises it the same exercise and you get bored a times.
