This app was the key to finally getting some definition and core strength, not quite a 6 pack but at least a serious base for one. I have always had an active life where I have tried to train my abs but never had good results, I started this at first a bit out of shape and was nervous about some strain on my back, but I feel the program is gentle enough at first to ease you into it. With this program after more than a month and well over 10,000 leg raises I would have expected a breakthrough and for me it has been, it's not your average 7 minute abs program and it is a commitment in itself, with a good diet and cardio exercise I'm now ready to take on the Caynax Abs workout II. Great woorkout This is a fun way to get a workout for my abs,especially with limited time to spare. I get to level 3 and run away each time though.. Lol. It works if one sticks to it regularly. That's my next goal. Thanx for this awesome app guys. Love it to bits. Keep up the great work!

22 day I'm in the 22th day . The upper 2 abs are preformed so strong. The second 2 are like 3/4 preformed . The last 2 i don't feelim. But they are not like squares just muscles (I'm skiny). Good ???
I'm in day 6 and I feel my stomach swarmed. Is this normal??? I know it's seems crazy but my bully looks bigger. Is this gonna be ok?I don't want to stop ... Please help me..
