Good one Been using this app for over a week, I started seeing the result. But its boring doing the same exercises...
It's working - would work better if I did it daily... I can definitely see progress. I see some muscle definition, and can do way more crunches than when I started. The downside is it takes a serious time commitment (38 min at this point) and I often don't have time to do all three sets before my morning. shower. I wish it would keep better stats based on my actual daily workout. Still, highly recommended.
