Although I do know this workout made me stronger and gave me more endurance, I can't say that I've seen much results. I wasn't overweight when I started and you could see my ab outline, day 41 and very little extra definition. I follow the exercises to the letter and get my core engaged so the small of my back is touching each time. I will continue, IF, there is anything after as I started on the hardest setting. One thing that should be incorporated is a rest day, any workout I have ever done or heard of, never works the same muscle group two days in a row. Perhaps add or space out the exercises to include some sides etc.
Heyy m using this app since 24 days but only my stomach decreased from 34 to 32 other than that nothing changed help me. What m doing wrong ?
Works very well and to get the best results, make sure your shoulder blades leave the ground each time you lean forward. It complained about me having AdBlock on my custom rom lol
Great~ I've tried many apps before, but this beats them all. Starting from a short 3 min easy work out and goes on. Effect is great and visible within days.
Good app but after 3-4 days of abs workout, the duration is longer(+40 minutes) and its difficult to get this much amount of time.. app should make exercises in short duration of time..
Seems to be working well, but the boring comments are accurate. The workout times get longer and it gets more boring. But, it works so for that I rate it well...
