super effective loved this app. very effective. in 8 days my body changed and I was kind of fat before. put some cool music and just work out :D
Omg! My abs are in tremendously bad shape, and this app let me realise. Right now it's hard woek. Not bad hard work, but oh goodness I wish there was an easier way. Nevertheless I plod on because at day 2 I'm so taxed I know if I can keep at it I will get stronger abs. The app works so far.
Day 8 This is a review in progress. It's effective but gets boring. I really have to push myself to at least do 25-30 days. Got to think of something else to fix the boredom. BTW diet is also very important.
Not Targeted It's only a simple cardio. Contains only six exercises of which 5th & 6th are only challenging and straining the core. It has voice guide which is very helpful. App must contain more effective exercises like several types of crunches and more challenging exercises
Good and challenging Has a nice little variety that offers a decent ab workout. Could use a few oblique moves thrown into the mix
Awesome App This app really helps you keep track of your workout routines and also I find it very helpful to me that there is a video of movement going along as you do each rep! Strongly recommend to anyone interested in toning down that stubborn belly!👍
