Hiiii well I heard a lot about this app .my sis recommended it to me .I have started going ofc over a few months n I have gained a big of weight around d belly area .these exercises are fr abs but I don't want abs. I just want a normal belly with no fat .should I do these exercises if yes then till wich levels and how many minutes and Tymes in a team . Pls help team ?

Thank you so much! I really love this app! After finishing the medium level first day workout, I already had abs. But it's not hard and I'm not sure if it is a six pack. I have a question and I need an immediate reply. Can I do this in about every 12 hours? For example; I'll do the first day workout at 6 am, the second day work out at 6 pm, and the third day workout on the next day at 6 am. Can I?
This gave me a full six pack I've been working out for years and had a six pack but wasn't straight but when I got this it's perfect
