I like how clear the instructions are along with the follow along video. That said, I find the default settings for the beginner workouts to be to aggressive (for example, 1 pushup/second). Additionally, I'd expect that my workouts would get automatically added to the calendar section for tracking purposes. Otherwise, decent app for what it does.
It's what i've been looking for! There's scheduling of workouts, automatic switching of reps, exact workouts for each part of the day, exercise challenges and TTS! Thanks I would love to buy this if you add more workout plans. Thanks!
Could do with a bit of improvement with the interface and controls. The schedule could also be made so that the whole month is seen and the full day is seen without having to scroll. Handy app overall.
Voice instructional commands make this app easy to follow. Please add more exciting workout if possible
