The Sound of Calm helps to you to make the link between how your thoughts about yourself, others, or the world contribute to your stressful feelings and behaviour. It aims to assist your developing awareness of unhelpful thinking habits and encourage you to actively challenge these whilst learning techniques to relax and calm yourself.

The author of The Sound of Calm, Keith Chadwick, has over 30 years experience of working in therapeutic settings in the UK. He is an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Management & Organizational Consultant. Keith draws on his wide experience of working with people with a range of emotional and behavioural problems including anxiety, trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress disorder to create this app.
