The Sound of Calm educational audio CD has been updated to this android app, it aims to help you discover new ways to more effectively manage your stress using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques and strategies.

The Sound of Calm helps to you to make the link between how your thoughts about yourself, others, or the world contribute to your stressful feelings and behaviour. It aims to assist your developing awareness of unhelpful thinking habits and encourage you to actively challenge these whilst learning techniques to relax and calm yourself.

Keith draws on his wide experience of working with people with a range of emotional and behavioural problems including anxiety, trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress disorder to create this app.
