Too much has changed. New artwork. Worse soundbites. Are they avoiding getting sued over a type of satire? I don't know the answer to that. The gameplay is simple enough to allow multi-tasking, and the lack of ads combined with it's nostalgic charm has kept it on my phone long after others get deleted. That said, it was a better game before the aesthetic changes, and the lack of coherent consistency on advancing wrestlers or getting higher ratings on matches/shows makes it repetitive and stale.

UPDATED: I've now played through once and am on my second. It's funny, nostalgic, creative, engrossing, and takes me back to 1980-ish when I was a 6th grader and never missed the local weekly wrestling show out of Dothan, Al. I made a game with cards and notebook paper back then - and this game is what I would have wished for. I love the stats, the ratings, the ridiculous number of championship titles, and the different feds - just a fantastically entertaining game all the way around. Thanks from the bottom of my childhood for all of your hard work, developer(s)!

If you love 80s and 90s wrestling, this is the game for you! Easy to pick up and play, time consuming to really build up your wrestlers and shows. Remember, this is a simulation, not an action game. And while it absolutely helps to pay for tokens, it's by no means necessary. Updates monthly too! Won't say it's perfect but it IS excellent.
