I depend on this app for my income, it had me listed at the correct address for Pennsylvania, but showed me in the middle of a lake, in Kansas. My dispatcher finally got the company to fix that, and when they fixed that issue, they changed my status off primary in my zone. 1 or 2 calls a day and only in one section of my zone is not gonna cut it. They need to fix the problem with zones that cross state lines, because most of my zone is in New York, but I'm not being dispatched there for some reason, only getting calls for the rural parts of my zone in Pennsylvania. Other then that, it's working fine on the calls I do get.
Owner I love the app. Just wish that agero could not Dispatch without actually having a good address. How can they say a customer is fully covered, when they don't even know the address where the car is. Also GPS location isn't always correct but this is a great app, and find it very useful.
Decent app terrible gps Had 3 calls in the last two weeks come in "in my zone" but customer was 200 miles away, also if I call agero through quick call to upgrade to a tow and then hit unsuccessful service I get a different dispatcher who has not worked on the call calling starting the sequence over for the customer....they should fix that.
this app is horrible it freezes glitches kicks you out in the middle of jobs logs you out of the system absolutely hands down the worst app ive had to use you should just close it down completely
Xpress road service tech App works but GPS is garbage..its showed me in valley Alabama four days straight and I'm in Columbus Georgia..no wonder I haven't had a call in the last 4 days. Please fix problem..I've reset app and phone..its on agero end..please fix bug.
Clocking, cannot access info This is how I make my income, our tow service uses this app, since update cannot access tow information, clocking continuously can do nothing but close app
