The app was redesigned and is working better than ever. It allows for me to pay my bill, set up a payment, change my alerts and reminders and so on without ever calling in. It can load slowly but all in all it works great.

After logging in, I'm routed to a black screen. Didn't have this problem with the original app...

The app has gone through some updates since the first of the year. This caused a couple hiccups with developers along the way. From all accounts it is working as good as ever from those we have talked to.

Can't ever get it to log in...just brings up black screen....uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck๐ ๐ ๐ ๐

I am sorry to hear that you were having trouble with the app. We hope that you will try it again as we appear to be through the developer issues that we were having at the first of the year with our redesign and updates.
