Nothing but problems. With original and the new. It never recognizes my account. Have had to reset everything evert time I need to use it. It works for a minute them I close the site and have to do everything over the next time. I'm on the phone with that bank more than doing any banking. Update: worst app ever, now it doesn't even load. I would give it a zero. I am seriously thinking of changing my bank just because of the difficulty of using online banking

Love my credit union, and this app is VERY helpful. It took multiple attempts with a (again, very helpful and pleasant) employee to get it up and running but once done, works well. I appreciate being able to transfer money between checking and savings accounts instantly.

I preferred the old app. The new one isn't horrible but there's still a lot of kinks to work out. Some downsides I've encountered - Login errors - Inability to access accounts - They removed the nickname function for the accounts It usually works well enough, but a 5/10 is the best rating I can currently give it.
