Too Pushy OK app. My greatest criticism is that I can't find a way to turn off the notifications. I don't need two weeks of reminders that a meteor shower is taking place. It would also be nice to know what time the meteors are likely to be at their peak. Should I keep my daughter up late or get her up really early in the morning?
Very Good Very good for keeping up to date for watching a good night of Shooting Star watching and maybe I could even get a few good photos shots of Shooting Stars aswell
Meteor Shower Calender Tools to notify when meteor showers are at peak and helps locate which area of sky to observe using sky map via phones camera and GPS location.
An especially useful application Thanks for clarifying although I can't see why Google would "require" something they then allow me to turn off so easily. I still can't justify Google wanting access to "photos / media / files", but I'll go with the option to turn it off. Thanks again.
Perfect I've been using it for years and it never fails. Very solid app.
Good app Great UI. Would be nice if it gave times when constellation was visible based on your location.
- New chart plot for upcoming meteor showers
- Fixes if location may not be available
- Updated meteor shower database
- Several UI enhancements
- Integration of Google Analytics with Google Play Services. This is the reason for the new permissions and analytics collection can be disabled in the app's settings if you choose
