The app doesn't work. It is useless. I have been there 4 times and the app shows no points accumulated. Scanning receipts never works. And I dont know what this free cookie is everyone talks about for signing up bc I never saw that. Why have an app if it doesn't work on any level?!?! Get with it! We want our rewards!

Super rudimentary app. I was hopeful that there would be a listing of nutrition information, as I have food allergies, but there is not even an option. I get that the big 3 cookie guys are all at war right now, but I really hate talking to people when I'm not working, and I need to be able to access nutrition information online. I really don't want to end up in the hospital again. Thus, my rating of two stars. There is no nutritional information, and the app is really sad and rudimentary.

Disappointing!! Chocolate chip cookies were excellent. But, they closed. Not surprised since the employees always appeared unenthusiastic like they didn't want to be there & would rarely scan loyalty. Always claimed their machine wasn't working. In the end it's a good thing that they didn't, because I live out of town & knowing that they wouldn't scan loyalty, encouraged me not to make drives that I did not need to make LOL. And it helps knowing I would have lost loyalty points in the end.
