The soup is AMAZING, and the bread is wonderful. The cookies are very, very good, too. If you're opting for take-out, stay away from the hot sandwiches. The cold turkey sandwich we had was tasty, but like so many food places this year, they're obscenely overpriced. It's not a West Coast Sourdough thing, it's a food workers making way too much money in California thing. I'm a serious deli guy, and I can't justify going to my favorite sandwich shops anymore.

Don't waste your time on this sorry excuse of an app. Since I downloaded it I've tried to place an order several times and ALWAYS get a message saying it ran into a problem and telling me to eiither try again later, or else "full authentication needed". The sandwiches from West Coast are excellent; unfortunately the app totally sucks. They need to find a new app developer who knows what they're doing before this POS ruins their reputation.

Not getting any loyalty points for my purchases. I've cleared both the cache and data, in neither case has it added loyalty points for food I've ordered in the app. Lame.
