Would have given the app 5stars if it didn't have the following issues: 1. The app doesn't have an option to check your current invoice or past invoices. 2. The interruption calendar doesn't update correctly. When times are updated on power interruptions, it has both the new and old time. Which is a bit annoying. Hoping CEB IT team can fix these issues 3. The map feature no longer works to see power interruptions.

Extremely Poor App – Needs Urgent Improvement This app is frustrating to use! It lacks essential features like accessing the statement of account, monthly invoices, and billing history. The app fails to serve its main purpose effectively. Reporting power outages is either impossible or overly complicated, leaving users frustrated during emergencies. Additionally, the details displayed in the app are often incorrect, which makes it unreliable for important updates. A utility app like this should prioritize user convenience and accuracy, but sadly, it falls short on both fronts. Needs major improvements.
