this app is absolutely horrible as is the banking institution it represents. There are constant glitches, it goes down constantly, you have to constantly call the bank to get it unlocked or re-set (hope you have an hour or two). Not to mention when you call they could care less, it's like you are bothering them. If I were you, I wouldn't bother...change banks and save the frustration.

Still cannot set up bill pay. Ever since my car loan account was mysteriously deleted, I have not been able to get back to haveing automatic payments set up. Trying to accomplish anything on the app is nearly impossible and more often than not requires a lengthy phone call to the bank to get sorted out. Forget trying to update or fix anything specific with your account info.

Cannot connect it to my phone and unable to use biometric sign in it. Reads too much in the background of my phone. If this problem is fixed, it will be a much better app. I don't like always needing to sign in with username and password. And I absolutely do not like the fact that it reads everything and copies. My information in my phone and then the phone gives me a red flag saying that this is not safe. Please make your app safer.
