The customer service is literally very bad, they communicate with you like you are strangers, there is no procedure to their scripts. I have contacted the customer service many times already, but they keep giving the wrong solutions to my problem. Not to said the face verification procedures is also very bad, this is the worst telco I have ever met.

Awful support. Can't receive calls and they ask me to buy a call plan to fix it when I only need data. So basically you have to pay in order to receive calls. I bought a call add-on and still not able to receive calls. ***Avoid this company.*** Update: they don't reply in WhatsApp and you can't log any ticket on the app as it doesn't work.

Like other recent reviewers mentioned, the eSIM process is bugged. The app will crash when you try to scan your ID. Even if it doesn't crash immediately, it will surely crash at the next step. Don't bother with this telco. Tried the live chat and they can't do jack too, using the app and praying for a miracle is the only way to get an eSIM. Good luck.
