Same quality as all DSB apps - unfortunately!! The APP does not work. Buying commute card extremely difficult (technical errors all over). Once process finally complete, money withdrawn(using Mobilepay), ready to go BUT no commute card to be downloaded nor a mail/sms confirmation received.
No pain, no gain. The idea behind this app is great. But it has some serious problems. No it works, but it has been difficult and hard to get it working.
After updates I lost all my information. Can not buy a ticket. App is taking money from my mobilepay. But ticket is not downloading. Plus I lost my ung KORT. And almost had to pay 700dkk of fine. Nothing works after updates.
Did not download ticket after I had payed, extremely frustrating. Have to call service, wait 30min
Had some problems after update but they have been fixed in 3-4 days. Does not work with all foreign numbers
Tried to buy a ticket in it, it took my money (I used my credit card), but then it gives an error message "the ticket could not be downloaded". When the app restarted, no traces of the ticket I payed for. Fortunately, there was an confirmation e-mail with the link for ticket refund, so I hope I will get my money back. Seriously, there are dozens of reviews with exactly the same problem, shouldn't you do something?
