HOW TO USE:
The user is presented with high-quality 3D muscles images. The user can zoom in to any area by using two fingers to zoom in (pinch zoom) or tapping on the zoom in button and using the single finger panning function. The feature point (cross) can be selected by tapping on it and muscle is highlighted. Single muscle button can switch to the single muscle view mode. 3D mode button allows you to switch on/off the 3D rotational view mode. Detail button allows you to see the information of muscle name, action, origin, insertion and nerve supply.
You first press cross to select the muscle matched with the target muscle name (display in the top text bar and pinch zoom is allowed). Then press the “Done” button to confirm your selection or wait for the time-out. Press “Next” button to go the next quiz.

All stretches are Static Stretching techniques, which involve passively stretching a warm muscle to the point of mild discomfort and holding. Doctors recommend holding stretches anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds, so you can choose a Default Stretch Length in the My Settings section that works for you. You can also choose a Default Program so that when you open Stretch Guru, it will automatically launch your favorite set of stretches. You can also do this by hitting the Quick Start button. The Top 6 Stretches takes you through the most important ones for your sport. These are the major muscles used and that often cause injury if not kept flexible. It works! I'm 46. When I started the program I was 220 lbs. and feeling it. By feeling it I mean sluggish and suffered from lower back pain. I am on week 9 now and feel great! I'm at 197 today! Besides dropping the weight I FEEL the muscle gain! If you follow the nutrition program as well as the workout routines you won't regret it!

Attention to detail is amazing! I found out that it's much easier for me to follow a written plan, be it the workout or the special diet. This app is perfect! It tells you what to do, when to do it, how to do it, WHY you want to do it, shows you pictures of what and how. It tells you what to eat and when to eat it. And i love the built in timer(s). As a clinical psychologist and hobby Android developer, I wanted to combine the two skills to write an app that may be of benefit to many. The world is a stressful place, and one component of coping with that stress is learning how to more fully relax. I have included three relaxation strategies that I frequently use with my psychotherapy clients.
Two relaxation techniques are included along with a peaceful and relaxing background music.
1. Relax and Breathe - Walks you through relaxing all the muscles in your body combined with a deep breathing exercise. (8 minutes)
2. Relax and Visualize - This technique is a mildly self-hypnotic procedure that includes relaxing your muscles, mind, and visualizing a peaceful scene. This is often a favorite. (15 minutes)
3. Contrast Technique - This technique has you tense your muscles first and then relax them. Some people find this technique works when some of the others don't. (15 minutes)
I include three techniques, because some people find they can more effectively utilize one technique over the other. Also, having one with a shorter play time helps when you need to relax, but are under time pressure.
