Ratings and reviews

I mainly want the ability to look up providers. That feature is virtually unusable; no providers show up for searches. The need for a finger print after virtually every screen is also excessive.

App doesn't work! None of my information that was under the old Superior Health App is there and will NOT let you add information..ex. address, phone, PCP..etc. Nothing works..ABSOLUTE PLAN information available. So basically there is NO APP!

Doesn't even load. Just a plain white screen.

What’s new

This release includes the following updates:
• Michigan Meridian Health Plan and Kansas Sunflower Health Plan members now have access to the app.
• Florida Sunshine Health Plan members can now submit a Notification of Pregnancy (NoP) form.
• New modules have been added for Florida Sunshine Health Plan members to view Lab tests and Immunization records.
