This app is AWFUL! It won't even open. If it does open, it buffers non stop. Once in the app, it's horribly designed. It keeps defaulting you to log in with your web browser. These big profit health insurance companies should be providing MUCH better web and app services to their clients. They have the $$ to do so. THIS APP AIN'T IT.

takes way to long to load. needed kids cards for an appt, the app didn't load for a good 10 mins. also when switched to this app info was misprinted on their cards.

worst apps I've had to switch too ,wellcare sold out to Carolina complete and now I'm stuck with this garbage app . not for long though Looking into united and blue cross ,not staying with y'all that's for sure !
