Logging into this app takes no fewer than four tries every time and it's impossible to get anything done to update your own info without going down to the office. It's only useful for checking status of something but worthless otherwise.

does not work. start the app select my state. tap log in with user id, gives me error, we sorry there is a problem with your log in. I never gave my log in, there is no place to type my log in, does not follow the flow shown on the web site. awful.

This app is AWFUL! It won't even open. If it does open, it buffers non stop. Once in the app, it's horribly designed. It keeps defaulting you to log in with your web browser. These big profit health insurance companies should be providing MUCH better web and app services to their clients. They have the $$ to do so. THIS APP AIN'T IT.
