A better app is coming for Iowa Total Care! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current Iowa Total Care app.

Would give no stars if I could. App is basically useless. Inconsistent info between app and website. Constantly redirected to website, repeated logins, etc.. Probably one of the worst medically related apps I've used. Don't understand their reasoning behind having an app that doesn't work, never gets worked on or updated, and doesn't seem to give consistent relavent information. Uninstalling..., at least I know that will work.

was easy to register & login. convenient since it has a digital card. Activated the Start Smart for mothers add on but it won't allow me to listen to any of the activities on there. Still trying to figure out all the benefits of my new plan, how to update my doctor, and exactly how to use the Start Smart.

Can't do hardly anything... It won't let you enter your doctor's name. You can't fill out the required Health Risk Screening, and the steps shown on the Iowa Total Care site don't work and sometimes don't even exist. It's like they started the app and then quit. I'm not sure what value it has, aside from showing part of your Medicaid card information. Under the 'My Doctor' there was no information in the app.
