The worst gas utility company I have ever used. Avoid them if you have a choice. The app is barely functional (it tells me my account isn't eligible for mobile app usage), and I can't save my bank account info on their website, but if I try to enter it manually each time it says it's already saved and can't be used manually either - and there's an extra fee for using a card instead. All preferences are also buried several pages deep on the website making it impossible to use effectively. 0/10.

The app just let me in. I've had it downloaded for months now or longer. Shame cause I've been waiting on an app from them for years! They still some work to do on this app. I try to make a payment, and it the whole closes! so I guess I'll have to keep going to the website to make my payments. It's crazy cause I can click every other page, and the app is fine until I click pay bill. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it still doesn't work.

Pointless if I can't pay my bill. Logging in is a nightmare as every time I try to log in it changes half my email address to ***** which obviously it doesn't recognize as being my username. Then after you go and change the stars and finally get logged in, when you go to pay your bill the app just freezes then crashes. Update: deleted and reinstalled the app.....same problems
