Doesn't remember my bank care details and keeps showing the info about the latest update even though I've seen it numerous times. Don't show what's on the actual meter so not sure if I need to credit while away from home!
This app. Never shows me how much fuel I have left, it cannot show me when I last topped up or my past transactions. When I top it it rarely goes straight to my meter. I have to key in a long ass vending code. It was easier when I had an electric key. Wish I hadn't of changed over to smart meters now. Always a problem. I have certain disabilities. Last week my electricity ran out just before 6.i had applied a top up week earlier didn't realise it hadn't gone on. I had a flare up meant I couldnt move to ho outside and enter vending code. I remained in darkness and code all night. That night it had been snowing.
Does not work! Very poor app. Got it all set up ready, but it just won't let me do anything. Recognises my account but that is all. Not going to bother doing it all again waste of time. Plus I have no idea how these meters save anyone money only the company.
Usually open up the app,see what's been used say once a week, since this last upgrade and to call it that is a joke. Opens up click on my energy Used to take me to my total for both services. Not anymore just sits there the greeny blue line pulsing. Contacted online C/Support what a laugh came back to me with some random figures that I used last year,Nothing about which I had contacted them for. Come on get Your Act Together and Sort this out been going on now for some weeks .Jean Johnson a Long time Standing Customer.
Couldnt get on this morning so tried later on in the day. When i got on it had forgot my saved card details. Then this evening had a text from british gas to say they had some problems and to update app. Couldnt see an option to update so uninstalled and reinstalled. Only just started using these smart meters, please dont tell me this is goin to be an ongoing thing, uninstalling and reinstalling every month.
The previous version was bad, this is worse. Now instead of having to remember three digits to top up I have to find my wallet and start copying all my card details. "Improved payments with simplified view." I think not.
