Meter reading etc works as should as far as I can tell, but the rewards bit just keeps saying Loading..... nothing comes up at all, left my phone on the loading screen for 30Mins+ and still nothing
New update is awful. The app was the only reason I stayed with British gas I liked how easily I could check my usage now they have over complicated it il be switching suppliers!!
If I could give the app and the company less than one star I would. The app is never up to date with my account and you get no help when you complain. We will be switching as soon as we can
It hasn't updated since 2.9.2017 so I don't know how much energy I have used.....thought that was the whole point of a smart meter, frustrating and wasting my time !!

The latest version is rubbish. I can't log in to the Rewards section and it's lost all my details for my current accounts. Needs sorting urgently
