20/01/2018 working well please do not change it. 01/10/2017 Galaxy S4 thanks BG SUPPORT App is now working and all data successfully retrieved. NOT WORKING STOPPED on my S4 19 09 17. Easy to understand and use. Please be careful BG if you are thinking of trying to improve it. Still OK 01/07/2017. NOT WORKING STOPPED on my S4 19 09 17 after update. I did say earlier do not alter it as it was fine. 01/10/2017 now working fine.
I would give it a higher rating if it was able to give me real time information. The credit I have left is out of date with that on the meter sometimes by several days which is not useful when you are away and need to check how much credit is left incase you need to top up the meter.
1.When you go in the and book the smart meter bit, you can not edit and finish it as the information about (cookies is in the way of the button to (book my appointment) 2. U can not even cancel the booking fix these then I will give you 5 stars
App always shows the wrong direct debit information making me panic my DD is going up by 75%!
