Needs work. Balance disappears when I submit meter readings if I log out before payment? Also the hive ui isn't a patch on the my home ui. Can we get the old ui back?
You always have to log into your account details before you can get on site. Hopefully they will update the application so you are always logged into your account. Thanks
This is what a mobile app is for! Excellent little app. Does what you expect, quickly and easily. Love the nice touch of turning on a torch when taking meter readings. Doesn't seem to keep log in details when it updates though. (Update: since the latest updates, the option for meter readings has disappeared.)
Locked out for 36 hours. Can't access my account due to incorrect login which is not true. So can't pay my bill on phone do I get free.
App now working correctly after previous update had major glitches This is a great app for British/Scottish Gas Customers. I use it to check my bills, submit my meter readings and more. An update was released that had glitches, the home screen stayed blank and I needed to close it and open it again. The most annoying part was - I had to log in every time I wanted to use it. I am glad that British gas listened and corrected the glitches. The app is now working as it should and I have edited my review and gone back to 5 stars instead of 1.
Old app fine Old app was fine updated and now it's telling me I can't log in try again later my sign in details are fine when I log in from my laptop I don't have the wrong log in details
