Easy to use management tool. Minor criticism is online meter has more digits than my meter , not too hard to sort but would have thought the meter specs would be known to british gas and dynamic to individual accounts. That said really helps with cost management, look forward to future smart metering intergration
Tells me my balance from the 14th when it is now the 24th.. It never has as up to date balance. Also the new rewards option does not work. Whenever I enter my (correct) password it says "page loading" then takes me back to the home page..
Meter reading etc works as should as far as I can tell, but the rewards bit just keeps saying Loading..... nothing comes up at all, left my phone on the loading screen for 30Mins+ and still nothing
NOT WORKING STOPPED on my S4 19 09 17. Easy to understand and use. Please be careful BG if you are thinking of trying to improve it. Still OK 01/07/2017. NOT WORKING STOPPED on my S4 19 09 17 after update. I did earlier do not alter it as it was fine.
New update is awful. The app was the only reason I stayed with British gas I liked how easily I could check my usage now they have over complicated it il be switching suppliers!!
If I could give the app and the company less than one star I would. The app is never up to date with my account and you get no help when you complain. We will be switching as soon as we can
