Fingerprint recognition does not work. Everytime I log on, it makes me create a new pin. It could be because I may have not logged off the last session. If I enable the fingerprint, it forgets that I have done it and have to use the pin. You can't do currency transfers in the app, rather, you have to call Centtrip to do the conversion. When purchasing the something, they charge you if you enter your pin incorrectly (I have never come across any card that. They also charge you to change your pin.

The app is OK, but it regularly says my session expired and wants me to log in again. It then offers a security code via the app, or email. But I've been logged out of the app so that is impossible to get. So I have to use email. When I enter the code, I have to reset my pin, and then enable the fingerprint sensor yet again. This is all time consuming and annoying and I wish the developer would fix it.

Can it get any worse? I posted a 1star before and that was too many. Latest experience even worse. Having my previous card hacked for 1000 euros I've finally got a new card and refund. Great! No. New card arrived after 2.5 months. Actuvated according to their instructions. What is the PIN? Oops an error occurred. What a useless bank. Funds not accessible. On top of that, even the glue doesn't come off the paper strip on the back. A 5 year old does better. I defy Centtrip to contact me. Again
