The first time i downloaded it, it wasn't showing me my building. then it worked. One day, it just showed a pop-up when I clicked on it, everything reset, and now it's no longer giving me my building. It's as though my number is not registered....I tried installing several times...now, I dont have access to my building because 🙄

The latest firmware 1.4.7 is having issues, the GSM keeps going off till u manual reset it, u cant communicate from the app coz GWeb gets off. so need to rectify a lag or bug in the system. previous firmware was doing so well. u need to look into this ASAP.

There is still an error on the favourites page. I open the app to go to my favourites. I have three doors I have access to. I press on the screen, and nothing happens. so, instead, I have to go to the homepage and use the buttons there. It's no big deal, but there is a bug somewhere. I have messaged you three times through the support link in the app.
