• Century Federal Credit Union has implemented an additional measure to validate your identity. You will now be required to receive a one-time passcode via text or email to confirm your identity. This process will be mandatory for unrecognized devices or high-risk transactions.

You need to tell your previous users that this is another app we have to download, we currently are waiting for the older app to update. We are UNAWARE we need a whole new app! Thats terrible customer service, we would have been waiting forever had i not went to the website. It was said that Online/Mobile Banking was Down until the 2nd, Ive been waiting and the older app still does not work. I went to the website and a brand new app appears. Please Advise Others cause I am just annoyed by this.

It's always been slow and now it won't go past the loading screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I just end up using the browser.

Since update app is no longer compatible with my phone. Can't use the previous version. so incredibly frustrating...
