If it even works, it has too many redundancies. Must try multiple times to get logged in, with every method (email/account#/phone#) but the one that worked last time doesn't work next time. Troubleshooter can't find my service details. Outage in my area, but NO further details available. Past the provided ETR and no update. Have tried to rely on this app several times in the past month. My bigger concern is why I'm having so many outages now.

I got a new modem from CenturyLink (Brightspeed). There were no instructions in the box except for a paper telling me to download the app for help setting up the new modem, so I downloaded the app. When I opened the app, WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO TELL ME HOW TO CONNECT MY NEW MODEM, the app doesn't open and I get a message saying "please make sure you have an internet connection, and try again". Somebody didn't think through that very well. It fits CenturyLink well though. The worst company ever.

When paying, the app no longer gives the option to use my bank account that's been saved, only giving the option of using a new bank account or savings account. I thought it was something new so I entered it again and the app gives me the message that bank account already exists. It seems like they want you to use your credit / debit card so that you're billed a $3.50 fee.
