Very good experience. We don't speak Spanish. I thought I try download their app and have a look if I can order there. First suprise was the app started in English. I find the order option very quick and I had my bottle changed the next day. The delivery person carried the bottle to the third floor and even offered to install it. We live in Alicante city.

The registration form doesn't work, it is just returning me a "Registration error" message without any detail about it. Is there a problem with password, with phone number, a random server glitch? Impossible to know as it doesn't provide any info about the issue and makes the app unusable as we cannot register

Have tried many times to register on the app. It will not accept my user name or pass word. It is a waste of time.
