I deeply regret purchasing the Cerebellum NEETPG FMG INI PREP subscription. I even bought a brand-new tablet specifically to use this app, yet the video playback issues remain unresolved. Instead of providing a permanent fix, customer support keeps giving the same generic troubleshooting steps without actually solving the problem. As a medical aspirant, every minute of study is valuable. Constant video buffering, playback errors, and interruptions make it impossible to study efficiently.

As much as the faculties are great the tech teams seems to have been recruited directly from class 8 QBasic level. videos don't download properly you have to keep the screen open for the videos to download fully even if the screen locks for 1 second the download is wasted. videos don't load properly. my god if only the tech team should take try worshipping those from marrow

sir ,some of your whole subject lectures are very concise not enough for proff exams ,please make it little more flow charts and theoretical for it ,cause it becomes hectic to manage it with books but from pg preparation it's good
