Do not ever use cermati to apply for credit card. They changed my credit card application without notice and without asking, then forced me to wait for their courier who never comes to change it back. Worst service, worst customer service, I don't even know how this company still survives.

I could not complete my application without any clear reason. All of the required fields are filled and by the end of application, the data that needed to be collected have shown green check. When I submit the application, it shows an error. I had to use Cermati's web app in order to complete my application.

I have registered my account via browser. But the app insisted me to register again, but i cant register anymore since i have registered. No option available to simply sign in.
