Love Trillian on the PC for years. The Android app is average. Awkward interface. I get notifications of new messages, but opening the app you can't find them. Needs more work. Edit: Apps been broken for awhile now. It doesn't seem to connect to their own servers anymore.

This app is absolutely horrible. It's not user friendly, the chats randomly disappear after a while, it's impossible to add anyone. If I message someone on the app, it doesn't sync across devices and show up on the website or desktop application like it should. Just very unusable.

I like the app. I've been using it for about 2 years and I purchased a lifetime subscription. Recently, after an app update, I've been having a problem with the notification features in the app (I use an Android phone and no longer get notifications for messages). I've contacted Customer Support several times over the past approximately 4 weeks and have gotten no response.
