You guys saved me. I never had trillian on my pc despite all my friends trying to make me switch back in the early 2000's, but I never saw a reason to. Now, Yahoo decided to go full on harakiri with their group of monkeys they assigned to do their updates, and it became completely broken, now I'm finally receiving and sending messages how I used to on my phone.
Use for multiple AIM accounts. HORRIBLE. I have to uninstall it about once a week cause it goes all buggy. Black screen, text won't show, freezes. Only use cause I can have all my accounts and not have to sign in and out constantly. Constantly signs me out, sometimes mid message. Keeping because it doesn't crash as often as IM+ and there are very few multi AIM account apps. Would never recommend.
A good chat app! Does a good job, not perfect, but it's not bad at all. It does a good job of collecting and sending messages.
Mostly good Most of this was unaddressed in the new update. It's very clean and sharp and there's a lot I like about it. However my biggest complaint is that there is no longer a way to swipe between several open chats. I dislike not having my own icon show in chats (frivolous, yes) but more that there is no simple dark grey or black accent colour choice. Would prefer to see the status message of contact in favourites and just a notification number next to the user, not a conversation clip. And timestamp options please?
Good but can't connect to Google Talk I had Google Talk connected from my computer and the app wouldn't let me remove it and just kept saying that the password was wrong. I eventually had to go to my computer to remove the Google Talk account to get the app working. Otherwise, I like that I can respond to Facebook messages without their ridiculous messenger.
Works ok especially for multiple messaging sign ins. Also was able to connect to facebook chat when no other 3rd party app was able to for me
